Coil Over Suspension Block

I would love to see a block like this, to make custom suspension easier to make. Using wheels as "springs" has issues where the tires can clip through the block they are pushing against. And trying to attach a rotor head to a wheel block is a pain and really not practical in survival.
I would even be happy adding a "spring" effect/function to pistons, though nothing beats a custom block.
