Blocks that should be available to both grid sizes

Pretty simple request here, and I'm rather surprised that I have to request this - certain blocks that are only available to one grid size (shown in parentheses) that would make *much* more sense to be available to both grid sizes. I'm primarily speaking to the Vertical Window and Diagonal Window (the OG "slatted" windows - for large grid only), Barred Windows (small grid only), Offset Spotlight and Offset Light (small grid only), Cab Cockpit (small grid only), Sci-Fi Sliding Door (small grid only - this one confuses me a bit more; it would be similar to the Sliding Hatch Door but with a window and slightly different styling), and Warfare Rocket Launcher (small grid only).
