Give AI Move block a maintain altitude function

Add a checkbox for "Maintain Altitude" in the AI Move block that keeps a drone at a certain altitude while moving. Checking said box gives access to a slider to set the desired altitude.
An example of use would be creating hover drones with vanilla thrusters that float above the ground.
