Event Controller Text Bug

In SE 1.203.024 b0 the event controller text where it says which action it will do is not always accurate when using AND. The actual actions are working fine, it's just the display text you can see in the terminal that is wrong. The picture below shows the text saying the output is action slot 1, but the actual action is slot 2 which is what the text should be saying.

I also have this issue. Also sometimes event controllers lose their functions and do not display any text. Turning them off and on fixes this but it really decreases the reliability. My last drone crashed because the event controller that is supposed to switch the batteries from recharge to auto failed.
