Space standoff scenario improvment

While looking around the space standoff scenario I noticed that there are 2 timer blocks for an enemy detection alarm (turn on and off alarms) but they do not seem to work and did not see any device that triggers them
A simple fix is to add an AI defence block to the bases that target characters and put in the setup action to trigger the timer blocks (alarmon in the first slot and alarmoff in the second slot)
I am unsure if this is intended and the developers want the engineers to fix that or if they forgot to finish the alarm. But I feel in a PVP battle the players would not take the time to fix that while preparing more defences and preparing to attack the enemy base
