Ladder Animation Too Slow

Basically Ladders are slower than stairs atm, and it kind of bugs me.
Just double (or even 1.5x, just something, please) the speed at which the engineer climbs ladders.
I like this feedback
Or maybe make it so you can speed up by holding shift, same as with walking.
