Suggestion: Allow Access Panel 4 to pass through things

Access Panel 4 can be opened but it only allows you to interact with blocks on the other side. I'd love if players and objects were able to pass through because it would do a great hatch. Also you aren't able to grind and weld blocks on the other side which is also something I'd love to see get changed (I attached an image to show what I mean). The large grid access panel 4 is fine because it doesn't apply to these things as you cannot use it as a hatch.
I hope you take my suggestion into consideration and I'm looking forward to a response.
