More information for wind turbines

When placing a wind turbine we are given some information as to the placement with a simple good/poor indicator in the terminal, this is not phenomenally helpful although we do know it needs to be raised and with a bit of space we dont know much more than that, can there be something in the tooltip or terminal about better placement or even a second orange outline when placing that shows the blocks the game logic checks when determining the good/poor status?
