new oxygen warning sound

S.E. has warning sounds for hydrogen, energy(both engineer and ship/station) health, but none for oxygen and if your helmet is open in an area that has no oxygen in it. this will be really helpful in the long run. i do like how in the playtest update that your suit can automaticly fill the O2 meter when in an area that has oxygen.
