Double click on Medical Room/Survival Kit sceen as an alternative to holding mouse button

Holding down left mouse button for 40 seconds is not comfortable. Allow the behaviour of tools (where you double click to continiously weld/grind/drill) on the screens

This is not actually a problem with medical rooms (they replenish health very fast), but it still applies to Survival Kits
