NPC ship repairs for reputation increase

Hello.
I've heard that you requested things to be added / changed in Space Engineers, so I though I'd mention that it would be very cool if we could fix up NPC ships to gain reputation with their faction, similarly how we can do the opposite if we grind them.
This idea came to me when one neutral NPC ship parked 1.5km away from my place in singleplayer and never left, as if it wanted something. This could also be a feature: making them park up next to player bases and request repairs / improvements through an antenna signal and maybe a projector blueprint that could indicate what they need welded up.
