Incorrect warning on Intel Arc

My system has both AMD integrated graphics (AMD Radeon Graphics on a Ryzen 7600X), and an Intel Arc A750 dGPU.
On startup, SE correctly runs on the dGPU, but displays a warning, stating:
"We have detected a better graphics card in your computer than the one the game currently runs on. Please check your NVIDIA/AMD Control Panel settings."
That is obviously incorrect. It seems SE is one of the games that assume any Intel GPU to be an iGPU, but is saved by Windows handing it the correct adapter as default.
I am running the latest release drivers as of 17. March (31.0.101.4314), and Win10 22H2
