Add a 3x3 Small Grid Piston

Currently, there are large, medium, and small variants for both hinges and advanced rotors. Pistons do not have a medium variant, making them the only conveyor-capable "mechanical connection" type blocks which cannot use the larger conveyor system on small grids. This means that things like grinders and welders on small grids cannot make use of pistons for retractable tools.
