Event Block - Vent Pressurization %

I'm well aware that there already exists a function in the air vent to detect if a room is pressurized or depressurized, however there is no simple way to AND together a bunch of air vents in multiple rooms.

If I knew C# and assuming the server has programmable blocks enabled, I probably could do that, however I do not know C# or the game API.

For example, I would like to program a power down sequence that first depressurizes all rooms in a ship, then opens all doors and powers off the ship. However, the current event blocks don't support air vent pressurization level detection and therefore cannot AND them together to trigger an event when and only when all vents are at 0% pressurization.
