vanilla survival spectator drones

-effectively survival spectator mode

-literal visible drones

-player equivalent ore detection (upgrade? mode? downside? power limits?)

-max range limit from player

-drone chute needed for 3rd person ship view

-can be shot down (short respawn?)

-could replace the suicidaly fast player jetpack for scouting n such. Which would also make vehicles more valuable for transit and longer range exploration**

-once upgraded or connected to a projector system, could act as a survival creative mode camera for placing* projected blocks, without need for scaffolding or jetpacks in gravity, which frankly isn't fun. Granting a QoL goal for early game infrastructure: get the design station up'n'running

-could follow the player around when not in use like a little pet, which could be visually customized and upgraded for different purposes like: carrying a suitcase for a bit of extra storage, hacking functionality, a tool slot, small ship control with continuous antennae connection to player?

-with a lot of "video game" functions handled by the drone, the human character could be more vulnerable and have more needs perhaps...

I think you can build all of that by yourself with the tools of the game
