[Block Suggestion] Glowing Blocks in Vanilla

please it's important to have Glowing blocks into the game avaible for all of the forms
many modders make that in the past, but vanilla is always beutiful!
for glowing block i mean a set of blocks that can be painted with the paint tool, but they glowing at the same time.
some mods that i suggest for the inspiration are the [Broken] Glowing Armour Blocks or Star Trek Mod Pack..they have those kind of blocks
on Xbox is very required (mods take so much space on the Xbox and on PC, make the folder more lightly will be cool)
