[BLOCK SUGGESTION] Grated Catwalk Wall Type 2

I know there is the Grated Catwalk Wall. Since in the existing version the railing is on one side, I propose another version where the railing is on the other side, which is not present by block rotation. I know this is purely a cosmetic change, but would still be great to have.
