Dampeners turning on after dying and respawning

When I die in survival mode and respawn at the EasyEarthStation it turns off the jetpack dampeners. Going after our bodies to recover our tools ends in immediately dying again. Had this happen many times today. May I suggest the reverse and set them to automatically turn on when respawning at a Medical Room?

I think they should set it so it only activates relative dampening just in case you spawn in a moving ship.

Well It would be better to leave them the way they were before you died... but if that isn't possible then on by default would be better imo.
