Server: Move server Autosave to background thread

            On my server hosted game, I continually get "connection timeout" when the server performs the Autosave. This happens between when the log says "Autosave" and "Saving Sandbox world configuration..". This gives the impression that the save is occurring on the primary game thread, and pauses the sending of data to clients at that time.
