Advance welding (merging 2 builds permanently)

Vanilla feature to weld like the mod advance welding where you can merge 2 blocks without MERGE BLOCKS.
- because sometimes you cant afford to have merge blocks taking that block space.
- because merging prefabricated parts permamently creates so much more gameplay.
