Separate On/Off buttons for inertial dampeners

Currently when you set an action to turn dampeners on/off the only option is the toggle, but with the event controller one of the options is altitude which lead me to think of making a safety for when you are dropping down to a planet. you could turn your dampeners off and then when you reach a certain altitude have them automatically turn back on.
The problem being is that with the toggle, say you manually fly down, once you pass your mark for the event controller to trigger the dampeners, if they are currently on, it will still toggle and turn them off.
Please make separate on and off options for dampeners.
