[Automatons Beta] Add AI events to event controller

Event controller needs to receive events from the AI blocks, for example: enemy detected. Currently when the drone is parked, the combat AI cannot unlock the connector or landing gear. An event controller could do it. Aldo when enemy vanquished an event controller should be able to switch to the recorded path to send the drone home. Right now it just stays wherever the attack finished.
How about "Enemy detection side"? The event fires depending on the closest side facing the enemy, depending on the active AI move block.
