Hello and good day to KEEN cust. support team.
Based on the title, I've faced problem regarding the issue and I've tried to do everything by referring to the forum on Steam, Google and here but to no avail. Attached is the recent log from the game. I hope this issue can be solved asap.

My suspicion is a broken installation. Try validating the game files from within Steam. (Properties -> Local files)
You can also check the filesystem on G: for errors just in case.
