Exhausts should provide bonus to hydrogen engine

Just a suggestion, but I think Exhaust placed on grid with a Hydrogen Engine should provide some kind of bonus to it (increased power output, increased fuel efficiency, or maybe increased power at the cost of reduced fuel efficiency). Something like that. I think there would have to be added a vanilla version of the Exhaust for those who don't own the DLC, but would be cool I think.
