Allow "locking on" from a remote controlled grid.

You are able to right click and lock onto an enemy grid when you control a ship using a cockpit. However, you are unable to do so from a remotely controlled vehicle through its camera. This would allow more creativity in allowing you to create combat grids unhindered by life support.
