Parallelize components to all assemblers when adding via shift-middle click

We should be able to take advantage of having multiple assemblers on one ship without having to manually distribute components. When using shift-middle click on port in order to add build planner components to assemblers I would love to have all assemblers in grid being used.

Change the name of the assembler that everything seems to get submitted to so you know which one it is, then reconfigure all of the others to "cooperative mode".
When you submit a list of things to build, manually or via shift-middle-click, the primary distributes the jobs to all of them.
