[BLOCK SUGGESTION] simple designator turret

Nothing absurd, nothing crazy, just a turret, that can aim 800-900 meters, placeable on both large and small grid, that is just a designator. would allow for more capabilities for scripting. both large and small grid designator blocks would be 1 block x 1 block large on there respective grids.
