Allow wasd control while in custom turret contoll.

Currently it's possible to drive vehicles with keyboard while manually controlling one regular turret like the large gatling for example. But when a custom turret is controlled we lose the ability to drive.
This is an issue mainly for more creative vehicles like tanks.
Would be way more fun and accessible to be able to drive and aim as a solo driver, without workarounds with timer blocks and hotkeys.

I wouldn't say it's just for tanks. I never make tanks and I've wanted this plenty of times.
