Bring back the Ghost skin

I was grumbling to some friends and thought I might as well shoot my shot and ask. Is there any plans to ever sell the SE ghost skin again? I missed out on buying it originally and think it is the coolest skin in the game. Its a shame it is not able to be sold on the marketplace or purchased anymore as I have no way of obtaining it. Any plans for that to change or for a similar skin to be released?

It would be great to see a return of the Ghost Skin for those of us who missed it for one reason or another.
(couldn't afford it at the time in my case and it was removed from the shop just before I could.)
