Custom turret controller does not check for line of sight like normal turrets

A ctc turret will see a grid within its range and open fire. It will shoot through terrain, friendlies, even itself in order to hit its target. Normal turrets seem it have some line of sight check and don't just blast wholes in their own ship. Can we inpliment this Check into the ctc.
Correction: CTC shoots through terrain, friendlies, even itself in order to hit its target only with the weapons that aren't the chosen reference weapon.

recomend limiting turning radius on the rotor and hinge, imo balances the PMW a bit and means you have to consider firing arc more
