Game "exploiting" item policy needs some nuance

Today I opened discord and went to see the Keen server. Some guy had had his base or ship deleted because it was inside a safe zone in a certain way beyond what was intended by Keen, "exploiting" it. So much work deleted in an instant.
Please change the policy to something like cutting the thing out of the zone and pasting it outside, perhaps enabling PCU transfer to offline players in case the "infractor" is not online, maybe even leaving a warning of some sort (This would also be great for general player communication)
