Add Barred Window Side Inverted

It seems odd that many window blocks have a Side Inverted but Barred windows don't. "But Barred windows are the same on both sides" you say, well.. the Side blocks are not as the barring gets flipped horizontal to vertical or vice versa. As you can see in the picture!

As you can see the left side Barred Window Side block has the bars in the wrong orientation.
Here's what it should look like! (Yes, it got smaller, I blame inflation)
