Middle mouse button

You must allow us to remap the middle mouse button, please! My mouse button quit working today, and so now I can't use the build planner until my new mouse arrives. Please add the build planner click shortcuts to the Controls section of the options menu, on the PC version, obviously.

I have wanted to rebind the middle mouse button to be my camera orbit for the entire timespan I've owned this game. Especially because I use ctrl to descend and rarely can hit the horrible ctrl+alt+e combo which freezes all controls and can even crash the game as it attempts to export the grid model.
I don't understand why trying to rebind the middle mouse gives you the explicit message that you can't when this game uses middle mouse as a control. Why?
