Add a "Set rotor to x°" For easier control

For button panels, sensors and toolbars, controlling rotors is kind of a hassle. They really only have the reverse function to move the rotor head to the right and left. Meaning without scripts, setting up any kind of rotor door with automated sensors for example is impossible.
So an easy (at least I think) fix to add is to have an easy toolbar control button similar to programmable blocks "run arguments" that have you input a code into the field. But instead, have the rotor head let you input the wanted "rotation to reach" that lets you input the wanted amount of degrees to spin to.
Then at least programmable blocks wont have to be a requirement for simple rotor doors like these.
