ControlSeat physics collision fix

The ControlSeat physics collision is a bit big, and doesn't allow it to rotate in a space it can actually fit in. can't attach an image with physics collisions drawn since the menu no longer exists.

so, i only now realized the corner of the seat does collect with the blocks, and one cannot delete a post after making it. i can't even edit it now that i've found my post.
