Hi. When you flying on planet, sometimes targetlocking can see what is under ground.
So maybe you can learn locking system to see only ships or converted stations to ships. But not a static stations.

Suggest you create an actual bug with actual description of actual issue, with an example world with underground target grid and position GPS from where the target can be locked even though it cannot be seen, and not just some vague oracle in the feedback section.
