Doors for the Bathroom/Toilet/Shower Blocks

A fairly simple touch that would greatly improve the immersiveness of interiors would be adding functional doors to the Shower, the Bathroom, and the Toilet. In the case of the Shower, there is already a door, but it is not functional, being just a part of the model.
While it is possible (albeit clunky) for the other two blocks to have a door on another block, the Shower has its door inside the actual block itself, which would make doing so impossible.
