From the beginning we used bed mods for our medical rooms. It will be perfect create something like this.

Yes, but not decorative-like ones as shown by OP. You can't really put those in the middle of a room and call it an examination bed, chair, or table. And the Medical Station, that MRI scan thing, doesn't allow lying down on it.

So, no, we technically do not already have those kinds of beds OP suggests.

A medical examination bed only makes sense if the patient can remove their EVA suit.

There is already a medical bed (as was stated above). The fact you can't lay down in it is completely immaterial, since who's going to do that anyway? It's entire use is set dressing, which it does.
