Add a mechanical use for heat vents

I like the aesthetic of the heat vent and wished I had a mechanics-driven incentive to use it.
I have come up with a few ideas.
- Specific machines like power generators, refineries or weapons generate a lot of heat, and their productivity, power output or fire rate is reduced by their heat level due to thermal throttling. The amount of heat each vent removes is dependent on environmental factors. So more heat vents are needed for the vacuum of space than planetside.
- Make it so you need heat vents to warm a pressurized room up, rather than just using an oxygen vent—sort of like having a radiator.
