Please re-add "Steering Speed" and "Steering Return Speed"

I recently wanted to build a rover again but noticed i can't change the speed of steering nor the return speed.

So I looked up if this feature was removed. Apperantly it was swapped with an automated System but that is not working either.

So could you give us those settings back? It would really help fine-tuning rovers especially high-speed ones.

Don't ever remember this being an option so must have been a very long time ago but I would like that too I guess.
