Request Custom Turret Controller accept Rotor/Hinge Groups

The CTC only accepts a single block for azimuth and a single block for elevation. This means the block is not compatible with designs similar to the artillery turret or the assault cannon turrets.
If hinge and rotor groups could be assigned for azimuth / elevation, it would open up this design space for use with the CTC block.
