Suggestion for new Custom Turret Block

Seems like it would be possible to add an option to this block that allows it to track the sun. Thus making solar arrays a vanilla feature. Thoughts?

It would be good for ores too, being able to cycle between ores detected by an ore detector. Maybe also good to be able to set secondary targets and primary targets. Mining turret or spot lights on ores, guns on an enemy, for example.
