Allow Corner Lights and Corner LCDs attach to Offset Doors

There's no reason why these can't attach to the offset door on the whole block side, and it's a major discouragement from using these in builds since it often prevents proper signage. Please allow attachment of lights and Corner LCDs to these blocks; it's allowed on Sliding Doors.
