LCD Texture Issues Since Update 1.197

As the title states, Textures, be it vanilla textures or textures in through a mod, will not stay on LCD screens. Textures that were already present on screen before the update will stay. New images put on existing LCD screens and on New LCD screens will not stay. the texture will be replaced by an icon for a component (usually construction components)
