Thruster Fuel/Energy Efficiency

When flying at max speed in the correct direction, the pressed direction key should not take more energy for acceleration that is going to be capped - just enough to keep the max speed (in gravity field).
Or at least when dampeners are on, they should be more intelligent.
This will help mostly with hydrogen propulsion.
I know I can do it with thrust override, or that there are really efficient scripts that do it. But for game to be finalized it should be easier to use for general public.
