Lose tools after save, disappearing blocks after teleporting

Ive been having troubles with a bug were after i save my game i lose any ar ammo and any ar's i have equipped, if i have any tools above the default tools (aka tier I, II, III), they reset back to default, theres another bug i was starting to build a small large grid cargo ship, after i started building it (two blocks, one slanted block) i teleported to another ship to gather some components from its cargo container, i then teleported back to my station only to find my new ship (under construction, aka three block large grid) dissapeared, i dont care what you do as id prefer you to work on losing tools after save asap please and thank you, thats my main problem right now.
