Small Grid Passenger Seat: O2/H2 replenishment

Add small conveyor port for O2/H2 distribution to small grid passenger seats.
Probably 2: on back and bottom.
The seat itself should be left unpressurized, so engineer should not take off his helmet in non-oxygen environment.
Thus even without small grid pressurization it would be possible to keep passengers with oxygen and hydrogen tanks full.
And please, if possible, make them just 2 blocks wide, 3 is too much.
