Weather Performance On Dedicated Servers No Bueno :(

I'm here on behalf of a dedicated server called "The Expanse Survival". We have been testing the weather feature on and off with an average server population of 20 and consistently experienced stability issues throughout the updates since weather's initial release. This server uses various torch performance plugins and has consistently ran at avg. 1.0 sim since the server optimizations update when weather was disabled. With weather enabled, we saw a server CPU load increase of 2x-3x from 40% to 120% and avg. sim speed from 1.0 to 0.7 which is a 30% drop along with stuttering. Second screenshot shows performance degrading over time. Even with weather disabled, the stability is broken and a workaround has to be done to properly disable it. Screenshot linked below.
