GPS label "value" not saving

GPS labels seem to not save their "value" setting, and are reset on loading a save (after restarting the game). Minor QOL bug.

-Started a tutorial of 'learning to survive'

-created several GPS labels as I explored to mark positions to return for salvage.

-As I salvaged locations, changed the matching GPS marker value to 0 (so that it would remain in game but not be obtrusive on HUD)

-After saving, quitting, leaving the game and loading up the save on a following day, GPS label value was restored to 100.
