Sound Block Streaming

Could enable a Sound Block to play from a spacey live radio studio, a self-made live recording or sound uploaded to the cloud.
- The block would contain an URL text field setting for streaming
- Should use the AAC standard for best quality with smallest impact on bandwidth
- Server admins should be able to control a list of streams in use
- Possible an AI to filter out inappropriate streams from servers
